Email Outage Temporary Fix


Status: Systems have been restored. It is still being actively monitored to make sure that the problem has been fixed permanently.

We are currently experiencing some issues with our web portal for email. However this only affects the emails when accessed through the web portal and not through imap/pop3. If you setup your email through imap/pop3 you will be able to access it without any issue while the problem is being resolved. The below link will provide a utility that when logged in and after selecting a few prompts will guide you through step by step the process of setting up your email for imap/pop3 in the program of your choice.
