We would like to notify you of two upcoming scheduled emergency maintenance windows.
The first window will occur on Saturday, November 21st from 23:00 – Sunday, November 22nd at 06:00 ET. During this time frame, our Engineers will perform a software upgrade on both Juniper MX core routers that service our server. While no downtime is expected from this change, please expect up to 5 minutes of packet loss and latency throughout this 6 hour window.
The second window will occur on Sunday, November 22nd from 23:00 – Monday, November 23rd at 06:00 ET. During this time frame, our Engineers will migrate all customer gateways off of the distribution routers currently servicing the facility, and on to the Juniper MX core routers. While our teams will do their best to keep impact to an absolute minimum, please expect up to 5 minutes of interruption to your services during this 6 hour window.
